Interview with Finews: A customized succession solution
July 3, 2024
Sometimes the usual options just don't fit. This was the case when one of our long-standing partners was looking for a succession solution. Neither a family-internal solution, collaboration with another independent asset manager, nor handing over to a bank seemed right to him.
Together, we developed an exceptional solution: an absorption merger that not only ensured the continued existence of his company but also allowed him to continue to be there for his clients as a relationship manager. This solution takes into account the valuable relationships that have often grown over decades.
