Professional background
After completing her studies, Vivien Jain worked for several years as a lawyer in the Financial Regulatory Services division at PwC Zurich. In June 2014, she joined Aquila as Head of Compliance and took over the overall management of the Legal, Compliance and Risk division in January 2016. Vivien Jain has been CEO of Aquila AG since February 2021.

Professional background
After completing his commercial training, Markus Angst gained his experience from 1986, initially as Head of various back-office units within Bank Leu and from 1999 as Global Head External Asset Managers of Bank Leu, the merged Clariden Leu and most recently during the integration of Clariden Leu into Credit Suisse. Markus Angst joined Aquila in April 2013. As Head Banking, he played a key role in building up Aquila Bank and has been Head of Clients, Partners & Cooperations since 2021.

After completing his commercial banking apprenticeship, Nicolas Peter started his career in Investment Advisory at Coutts & Co. AG in Geneva before moving back to Zurich in 2007. As a portfolio manager, he looked after international private and institutional asset management and advisory clients. Between 2011 and 2016, he led various teams within the Portfolio Management unit and was Head of Discretionary Portfolio Services before joining Aquila AG as Head of Asset Management in 2016. Since mid-2022, Nicolas Peter has been Head of Banking & Investments.

Professional background
During his studies, David Maestri worked as a Junior Advisor at Credit Suisse. From 2009 to 2014, he worked as an auditor at PwC and then moved to Leonteq, where he played a key role in the development of financial controlling and was most recently head of the cost management team. David Maestri has been CFO and a member of the Group Managing Board at swisspartners since the beginning of 2021 and joined Aquila AG as Head of Finance & Operations at the beginning of November 2023.

After completing her commercial training at Credit Suisse in Lausanne, Carine Frick-Delaloye held various positions in the areas of investment and private client advisory services in German-speaking Switzerland from 1999 to 2008. From June 2008, she took on management functions in the Retail and Private Banking divisions of Credit Suisse and deepened her management skills. From September 2013, Carine Frick-Delaloye was Head of Personal & Business Banking - Rhine Market Area in Zurich for nine years and then moved to Wealth Management, where she was Head of EAM Core. In addition to her professional activities, Carine Frick-Delaloye has been an examination expert for SAQ certifications since 2019.

After being admitted to the bar in 2006, Margot von Planta first worked as Legal Counsel at Ernst & Young in Zurich and then as an Associate at Lenz & Staehelin. From 2010 to 2012, she worked as Legal Counsel in the Private Banking International division, initially for Clariden Leu and, following its merger into Credit Suisse, for the latter. From April 2012, Margot von Planta took on various management functions in the areas of Special Regulatory Affairs & Investigations, Legal Structured Products, Compliance Investment Solutions & Products and was most recently Head of the Central Financial Crime Compliance Program at Credit Suisse. Margot von Planta has been Head of Legal, Compliance and Risk at Aquila AG since May 2024.
